The Outback Group
Our company has a mission statement, made when we began Outback in 1994.
“The company and its staff are to satisfy quality clients with rigging services and equipment maintained to the highest possible health and safety standards.”
We have pursued the improvement of both customer satisfaction and health and safety standards since starting our business. This has involved the careful selection of staff and subcontractors, the initiation of internal and external training programmes for both permanent and subcontracted crew, the implementation of Health and Safety control systems for installation crews and permanent staff and the creation of performance related bonus schemes.
We recognise that the quality of our company is measured not by the size of the jobs that we do but the satisfaction of our customers in the service that they receive.
Clearly any organisation can make clichéd claims such as these, however, since beginning in 1994 Outback Rigging has delivered turnover growth of over 500%.
Outback Services is 300% larger now than commencement in 1997. Since acquisition in 2000 Trapeze Rigging has grown 400%.
In an effort to recognise the progress that we felt we had made as a company we decided to supplement our old mission statement with the following customer service objective.
“Maximum Satisfaction, Minimum Fuss.”
