Equipment / LOLER testing

As a major hire and installation company we operate a fast asset turnaround incorporating a full inspection process between goods in and goods out.

The company has developed internal control systems to ensure that equipment is maintained, tested and certified, adopting HSE recommended best practise. Maintenance engineers are trained to LEEA and CITB test and inspection standards and provide both internal and external certification facilities. All equipment is inspected and tested in accordance with the LOLER Regulations and a full history of over 15,000 items of rigging kit is maintained on our computer system. Inventory histories are linked to the order processing system thus preventing the despatch of untested or out of date equipment.

Test and Inspection systems are independently audited twice a year.
A recent third party inspector reported H&S record keeping as “exceptional”
